Message: The first time I went here the lady was super nice super helpful I was signed up in and out I liked this place and wanted to continue doing business here as I am new to the state of Alabama from the west coast and still figuring this state out but the next time I came to cash my check no one was there so I waited 45 mins for someone to return and still could not get my check cashed the lady and she said she had no code to get in the system for check cashing Im not sure why this was but i came in twice within a span of a few days to cash the same check and the same lady had no code to get in the system it was disappointing because I like this place and it was also a convient location for me and i wanted to continue going there but I was going to be late on rent and I asked her how long was that going to be an issue she said she did not know so I had no choice but to take my business elsewhere I hope you guys get this issue fixed for future customers.
